After extensive user testing, a lofty goal was established that every
user would be given a curated experience starting with the first page.
This new site allowed every page to be populated with content specific
to a users business, using self-curation as well as real-time
personalization driven by analytics. This custom content, along with the
added self-service functionality of online bill-pay, resulted in a
traffic increase of 400% in the first week after launch.
